Do I have to replace the tools I use today?
No. XOST has its own PMS and keeps your Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and Vrbo calendars in sync. Start with the agents you need and add more later.
Does the AI change prices or bookings on its own?
No. Price changes stay suggestions until you press Apply. Prices, taxes and availability are always calculated from your real data, never made up by the AI.
Is it hard for my staff?
We set everything up with you. The app speaks your staff's language and each person only sees what their role needs.
Where is my data kept?
On servers in the European Union, in Frankfurt. Every property's data is separate and access is limited by staff role.
Which devices does it run on?
The XOST app runs on Windows and Mac. Staff use XOST Mobile on any phone. Guests scan a QR code for SPARK, with nothing to install.
Is XOST only for Greece?
No. XOST works in any country and in 130 languages. In Greece it also issues legal receipts through AADE myDATA, and other national systems are added as properties join.
